JFK/AIR CARGO BUILDINGS 8 AND 9A
We designed, financed, developed and managed two new buildings on adjacent sites in the airport’s South Cargo Area, and provided state-of-the-art cargo space. Tenants for the new terminals include Lufthansa Cargo, Alliance Airlines, Cargo Service Center and Lufthansa Technik, a Lufthansa subsidiary that provides logistical support to the airline.
MIA/AIR CARGO BUILDINGS – EASTERN U CARGO COMPLEX
We designed, financed and developed the LAN Chile/Arrow Air Eastern ‘U’ Air Cargo Complex at Miami International Airport.The LanChile/Fine Air Cargo Center is the largest privately funded airport development in the history of MIA with over 500,000 square feet of high bay airside cargo space and refrigerated coolers.
Hangar #1 was the first aviation property constructed at Los Angeles Municipal Airport.In 1986 this City Cultural monument had fallen in disrepair and was shuttered due to its functional and physical obsolesce. We entered negotiations with the city of Los Angeles Department of Airports and DHL Airways, Inc.
